About the Role

I'm hiring an organized, detail-oriented part-time virtual assistant with 3-5 years of experience to help bring my marketing strategy to life.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their marketing career looking to gain experience or a virtual assistant with a marketing background.

You’ll be responsible for executing a content plan across social, web, and email. You’ll repurpose content, schedule content for Instagram and LinkedIn, copyedit a weekly email, and create landing pages for new programs and resources.

I’m looking for a thoughtful collaborator to build alongside me. There’s potential for this role to grow as the business grows. Your work will directly impact that!

Compensation

• $20-30/hour
• 5 hours per week (opportunity for more hours as scope increases)
• Preference for US-based but open to remote w/ at least 4 working hours within EST time zone

Responsibilities

CONTENT CREATION & SCHEDULING

• Create and design social media posts for LinkedIn and Instagram, based off of content from weekly newsletter
• Schedule, proofread, and design headers for weekly newsletters using Beehiiv and Canva
• Cross-post weekly newsletter to Substack
• Schedule content and workflows using platform tools, like Buffer, Manychat

EMAIL & WEB

• Create subscriber forms and email flows on Beehiiv, following a template provided by me
